Peering Days

Peering Days is an international conference for Internet Service Providers and other network operators, primarily from the Central and Eastern European region. The conference is held annually in spring in changing cities.

Peering Days always offers a successful combination of professional presentations, technical workshops, stimulating discussions - and plenty of time for networking and bilateral meetings.

The participants are mostly peering coordinators, cloud administrators, and network/data center operators. The approximately 200 guests now come from all over the world to gain access to expert knowledge and make valuable contacts.

Peering Days was launched in 2013 by VIX (Vienna Internet eXchange) together with the Prague-based NIX.CZ (Neutral Internet eXchange). Since 2016, BIX (Budapest Internet Exchange) has also participated in the organization of this conference.

Review

In 2020 and 2021, the conference had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
